What do you mean that your products are “Downloadable”?

All products available on rescue3d.com are digital downloads only. We do not sell any physical products.

What is “Instant Download”?

Instant Download means that instantly after your payment is accepted (via PayPal or Credit Card) you will automatically receive your download links delivered to your email address. In most cases, the whole payment process takes no longer than 2-5 minutes.

Can I get custom assets made by Rescue3D Assets?

Sorry, but no at the moment. We are hard at work on creating new packs and updating existing ones. For this reason, we are not taking on any contract work for now.

What is Rescue3D Assets Membership?

By purchasing a Rescue3D membership on our website you get access to all our assets that have been released so far.
By purchasing a membership, you also gain access to the assets that will be released by Rescue3D in the future till the time indicated by the type of membership you have purchased (e.g. 1 year).

Can I purchase assets from Rescue3D Assets directly?

Yes, of course, you can buy our preprepared assets collections here. If you would like to buy individual assets from our collections, we prefer to deal with the various stores you can find our products on like:

– Unity Asset Store
– TurboSquid 

We also recommend that you use our Membership.
For a one-time fee, you get access to all our existing assets or those that we will release over the next membership period.

How to get the lighting from the promotional material?

We use different techniques to present our assets. Sometimes these are scenes in Unity or Unreal Engine 4. We also often use Marmoset Toolbag, Blender, or 3D Studio Max (VRay) for presentations. If you need help write to us and if possible we will send you a scene in one of these programs.

We support most 3D formats as:
