Most of our models come with a variety of the most popular file formats:
- BLEND (Blender)
- unitypackage (Unity)
- uasset (Unreal Engine)
- glTF (GL Transmission Format)
- MAX (3ds Max)
- MB (Maya)
- FBX (Filmbox)
- OBJ (Wavefront Object)
- DAE (Collada)
- 3DS (3D Studio)
Sometimes we also add other file formats like Substance Painter or Marmoset Toolbag. Each product has its own description. In the description there is a list of files that come with it so please read the list of files before purchasing
Most often, the reason why the program does not see textures is their wrong location. The safest way is to put the textures in the folder where the 3D file you are loading is located.
Make sure you download a separate file with textures and unzip them into the folder with the 3D file. We provide the textures in a separate zip archive which you have to download and unzip.
To avoid misunderstandings most of our 3D models are NOT intended for 3D printing. These assets uses some low/mid-poly modeling tricks and techniques and are optimized for real-time and gaming apps. The are also intended for rendering using various rendering engines (as Blender Cycles or Vray).
Purchasing and downloading
Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don't receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us with the form below or by email: email@example.com.
We take product quality-related issues very seriously and are always determined in resolving them to satisfy customer expectations. The request should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after the purchase and should be based on one of the reasons identified below:
- The product significantly differs from its description and preview images.
- Missing essential model components, details, textures, or files (not applicable when issues are caused by exchange format limitations)
- The digital file has not been downloaded and the model is taken for a real, actual, physical thing.
Please include the purchase order number, the issue found, the software version, and the file types used when requesting a refund. After receiving a refund request, Rescue3D Assets promises to handle refund requests within 3 business days after receiving them. If there is In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
Licenses and rights
Rescue3D Assest products are Royalty-Free license, which means few things:
- Buyers can use our assets commercially.
- Buyers do not need to provide credit or attribution to the creator when they use the model properly.
- Buyers do not need to pay any additional fees in the future beyond the price of the asset.
If the model is under Royalty-Free license, you can use it as long as it is incorporated into the product and as long as the 3rd party cannot retrieve it on its own in both digital and physical form. You cannot resell the model you bought in its digital form.
Product may not be sold, given, or assigned to another person or entity in the form it is downloaded from the Site.
Very rarely do we agree to give away exclusive rights o a model but if you would like to get those rights to a product found on Rescue3D Assets website, you should contact us and discuss the details, as the pricing of the product is very likely to change.
If you receive exclusive rights to a product after it has been sold to other customers, those customers preserve the right to use the model in ways determined by the license valid at the time of their purchase.
